"Transporterz Logistics Solutions Private Limited" or "Transporterz" is a company engaged in the business of transportation of goods by road. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services.
By accessing or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. General Terms and Conditions
Consignments entrusted to Transporterz by you (hereinafter referred to as "Customer/Consignor/Sender") for transportation shall be on agreed terms and conditions as specified below:
- The Customer acknowledges that, upon acceptance of these terms and conditions, they shall be binding on both the Customer and Transporterz.
- If the Customer opts not to agree to these terms or does not wish to avail the services provided by Transporterz, they should uninstall the Transporterz app and discontinue use of our services.
- Each time the Customer uses Transporterz services, they acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions herein.
- Transporterz may vary, amend, change, or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time at its sole discretion.
- Continued use of our services after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Services Provided
These Terms and Conditions apply to the following services provided by Transporterz:
- Goods Transport by Road: Transportation via two-wheelers, three-wheelers, or four-wheelers
- Intercity Courier: Parcel delivery services across cities
- Packers and Movers: Residential and commercial relocation services
- Part Truck Load (PTL): Shared truck space for multiple shipments
- Corporate Solutions: Customized logistics services for businesses
3. User Obligations and Warranties
3.1 Ownership and Authorization
The Customer warrants and undertakes that:
- All consignments are either owned by the Customer or legally in their possession or control
- They have the authority to contract with Transporterz for the services
- They are authorized to accept these terms and conditions
- All information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful
3.2 Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify Transporterz against any loss, damage, or claim arising from:
- Lack of authority to contract for the services
- Breach of any warranty or undertaking
- Misrepresentation of goods or information
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Acts or omissions attributable to the Customer
4. Booking and Service Execution
4.1 Booking Process
- Bookings can be made through the Transporterz mobile app, website, or customer support
- Customers must provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses, contact information, and shipment details
- All bookings are subject to availability of vehicles and drivers
- Transporterz reserves the right to refuse any booking without assigning reasons
4.2 Goods Declaration
The Customer is required to:
- Accurately declare the nature, weight, dimensions, and value of goods
- Ensure proper packaging of goods as per guidelines
- Provide necessary documentation (e-way bills, invoices, permits)
- Not ship any prohibited or restricted items
5. Prohibited and Restricted Items
The Customer shall not book any consignment containing the following items:
- Pornographic materials
- Human body parts or remains
- Explosives, firearms, and ammunition
- Flammable or hazardous materials
- Radioactive substances
- Illegal drugs and narcotics
- Live animals or pets
- Precious jewelry, gems, and stones
- Currency, coins, and negotiable instruments
- Gambling devices and lottery tickets
- Cigarettes and alcohol (without proper permits)
- Secure documents (passports, Aadhar cards, credit cards, etc.)
Transporterz has a zero-tolerance policy towards misuse of services for transportation of illegal or prohibited items. Discovery of such items may result in immediate reporting to law enforcement authorities.
6. Pricing and Payment
6.1 Service Charges
- Pricing is displayed at the time of booking and is subject to change based on various factors
- Additional charges may apply for loading/unloading, waiting time, toll fees, and special services
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
- Surge pricing may apply during peak hours, festivals, or high-demand periods
6.2 Payment Methods
Customers can pay through the following methods:
- Online payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking)
- Transporterz Wallet
- Cash on Delivery (where available)
- Corporate invoicing (for registered businesses)
6.3 Payment Terms
- Payment must be made as per the selected payment method before or upon service completion
- For cash on delivery, full payment must be made to the driver upon delivery
- Non-payment or deficit payment may result in account suspension or legal action
- Tips to drivers are optional and at the Customer's discretion
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Liability Limits
Transporterz's liability for loss or damage to goods is limited as follows:
- Two-wheeler transport: Up to INR 1,500 or actual value, whichever is lower
- Three/Four-wheeler transport: Up to INR 5,000 or actual value, whichever is lower
- Packers and Movers (single-layer packaging): Up to INR 1,500 or actual value, whichever is lower
- Packers and Movers (multi-layer packaging): Up to INR 5,000 or actual value, whichever is lower
7.2 Insurance Coverage
For goods exceeding the liability limits, Customers must obtain separate insurance coverage at their own cost. Transporterz may facilitate insurance services through third-party providers.
7.3 Exclusions from Liability
Transporterz shall not be liable for:
- Damage due to improper or inadequate packaging by the Customer
- Natural wear and tear or inherent defects in goods
- Pre-existing damage to goods
- Loss or damage due to Force Majeure events
- Delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
- Indirect, consequential, or special damages
8. Claims and Disputes
8.1 Filing Claims
Claims for loss, damage, or delay must be filed:
- Within 24 hours of delivery or scheduled delivery time
- Via email to claims@transporterz.app with booking ID and supporting evidence
- With photographs clearly showing damage to goods or packaging
- With invoice or proof of value of goods
8.2 Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be subject to:
- Initial resolution attempts through customer support
- Escalation to Grievance Officer if unresolved
- Mediation in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures
- Exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India
9. Force Majeure
Transporterz shall not be liable for delays, non-fulfillment, or loss caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms)
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Strikes, lockouts, or labor disputes
- Pandemics or epidemics
- Government orders or restrictions
- Vehicle breakdowns or accidents
- Road closures or traffic restrictions
10. Data Privacy and Usage
By using our services, you consent to:
- Collection and processing of personal information as per our Privacy Policy
- Use of information for service delivery, tracking, and communication
- Sharing of information with drivers, partners, and service providers
- Use of data for analytics, marketing, and service improvement

11. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform belong to Transporterz
- Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for personal or business purposes
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited
- Customers may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Platform
12. Account Suspension and Termination
Transporterz reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Repeated cancellations or no-show incidents
- Fraudulent activities or payment disputes
- Abusive behavior towards drivers or staff
- Misuse of services or Platform features
- Non-compliance with applicable laws
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Transporterz's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
- Directors, officers, and employees shall not be personally liable for claims
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
15. Amendments and Updates
Transporterz reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and app with an updated effective date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
